The Platinum Plan is available for our customers, who have requirements not met under our ‘gold’ or ‘silver’ plans and therefore require an individual plan to meet their rational oven servicing needs. As with all plans a pre-site survey is required before commencement of any contract.

Platinum packages are individually tailored to meet the specific maintenance needs of rational oven owners in the South, South West England and South Wales and are provided solely by A C Services Southern.

Included as Standard in your Platinum Contract:

  • 24 hours response time
  • Breakdown calls attended, 7 days per week  (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)
  • First time fix policy
  • Genuine & Original Rational parts used
  • Gas & Electric safety checks
  • Site / machine report issued
  • HACCP & Service Data available
