Silver Maintenance Contract7 day help line, 24 hour response time

The silver level plan is designed to cover labour costs for those customers, who have a limited budget, but still wish to avoid untimely and expensive breakdown costs. A pre-site survey will be required before commencement of contract

Included in your Contract:

  • 24 hour response time
  • Breakdown calls attended 7 days per week during the hours 08:00 – 18:00 (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)
  • Two preventative maintenance visits per year at six monthly intervals as per services schedule.
  • First time fix policy
  • Work to an agreed budget on spare parts when required (genuine and original Rational parts used)
  • Gas & Electric safety checks
  • Site / machine report issued
  • HACCP & Service Data available


  • Descaling of the machine in the event that inadequate or improper provision for water treatment has been made
  • Abuse or neglect of the machine or any of its components
  • Visit to site where no fault is found with the machine or any of its components. In this instance you will be subject to a call-out and labour charge.

  • Welding
