Rational Oven 7 Day Labour Only Plan
7 day help line, 24 hour response time
The silver level plan is designed to cover labour costs for those customers, who have a limited budget, but still wish to avoid untimely and expensive breakdown costs. A pre-site survey will be required before commencement of contract
Included in your Contract:
- 24 hour response time
- Breakdown calls attended 7 days per week during the hours 08:00 – 18:00 (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day)
- Two preventative maintenance visits per year at six monthly intervals as per services schedule.
- First time fix policy
- Work to an agreed budget on spare parts when required (genuine and original Rational parts used)
- Gas & Electric safety checks
- Site / machine report issued
- HACCP & Service Data available
- Descaling of the machine in the event that inadequate or improper provision for water treatment has been made
- Abuse or neglect of the machine or any of its components
- Visit to site where no fault is found with the machine or any of its components. In this instance you will be subject to a call-out and labour charge.
To give you the peace of mind of maintained Rational ovens, all we need is the serial number of your oven(s) and the postal address of where your oven is sited.
