How often should I have my Rational oven serviced?
Dependent on usage / cooking hours we would recommend that you have your unit thoroughly checked at least annually. However, if your unit has high usage, then every 6 months.

The three main options for servicing your Rational unit are:
- Service under Warranty

- Ad Hoc Service Visits
Some of our customers take an ad hoc approach to booking an annual or regular service visit. Others take the risk and have to book an emergency repair visit, when the unit breaks down. This can be caused by something as simple as a drain hose. This is relatively inexpensive to replace if it becomes perished, but then turns into a very expensive repair. Once you have a full service carried out by us, we will remind you just before the anniversary, to ensure you keep the servicing up to date.
- Maintenance Contracts
If your unit is within or outside of its warranty period and you would prefer to have the peace of mind of regular bi-annual servicing, then you may wish to consider whether one of our maintenance contracts is right for you.
