Two Rational ovens are better than one

Trioscape Garden Centre NewentAt Trioscape Garden Centre in Newent, five miles from Gloucester, the kitchen is one of the busiest areas. A daily menu of hot and cold food suitable for all palettes is available all year round and the kitchen staff, led by restaurant manager Daphne Rogers, are constantly cooking!

“We invested in a Rational SCC 10 grid oven when we first opened four years ago,” explains Daphne “and we have a maintenance agreement with AC Services (Southern) to come and service the equipment when we ask them to.”

Perfect Solution

The Gardener’s Kitchen within the Trioscape Garden Centre serves customers with hearty breakfasts, morning coffee, hot and cold lunches and afternoon teas, and is well-known for both its roast dinners and homemade cakes.

“We had to invest in another oven to cope with the demand and the variety in our cooking menu,” continues Daphne. “Waiting for cakes to bake before starting a roast dinner led to problems, so we bought another Rational oven. We know the cooking capability of the appliances, but what was even better was the space saving capacity: as the kitchen is quite small, we needed something that would fit. And putting one oven on top of the other was the perfect solution.”

Trioscape was established in November 1994 when a rundown site with dilapidated buildings was taken on by Richard Mitchell, Douglas Wilson and Ronan Lynch partners of landscaping company Trioscape. Today, the garden centre together with the nurseries, occupies around 16 acres, which gives visitors plenty of choice in plants and products.

Says Helen Hagger, MD of AC Services, “Our clients are diverse and different and in order to help them run their businesses successfully, we have a range of maintenance packages to suit everyone’s needs. Trioscape call us on an ad hoc basis and we check their appliances are in excellent working order and detect any potential problems.”

Daphne is delighted to report that since purchasing the Rational ovens, there have been no major calamities. She knows that if the ovens go down for any reason, then the restaurant will be forced to close until the problem is solved, and that is not something that she is willing to leave to chance.

“We rely on AC Services and we listen to their advice, from maintenance to purchasing cleaning products from the company to keep the ovens in the best condition,” she concludes.

Care Home Catering

Care home cateringIt’s staggering to think that there are over 11 million people, who are aged 65 or over in the UK,  the first time in history that this figure has been so high according to AgeUK. 3 million of them are over 80.

There is no doubt that we are living longer and the older generation has a much more sophisticated and informed knowledge about food than our grandparents ever did. (Oh, and it’s not old age any more, it’s middle adulthood!)

Worryingly in terms of logistics, the number of people aged 65 and over is forecast to rise by nearly 50% (48.7%) in the next 17 years, which means that these Middle Adults will total 16 million. In the UK there are currently about 5,153 nursing homes and 12,525 residential homes, catering not just for the elderly but those in need of care.

Interestingly, as far as lifestyle is concerned, more people in this age group meet the recommended five servings of fruit or veg than those under 65, but figures also suggest that 1.3 million people over 65 suffer from malnutrition, the majority of whom are in the community and who will need external help. Which leads us nicely on to care homes and establishments and their vital role in caring for the elderly not least through their care home catering.

Get the Equipment Right

According to Karen Oliver, Chair, of the National Association of Care Catering,  comments:

“As the population continues to live longer and the number of older people continues to grow apace, caring for our ageing population remains high on the agenda. Nutrition and hydration is a fundamental part of care provision. It is therefore essential that everyone associated with feeding those entrusted to their care . . . fully understands what is required . . . has the right tools to put this in practice.”

And the right tools include the right oven and the right oven, which according to AC Services (Southern) is a Rational one. AC Services (Southern) are oven servicing specialists, and can advise on the best equipment to install, dealing specifically with Rational ovens.

Helen Hagger sees many care homes and establishments contact AC Services for advice, and she comments: “When you have a large number of people to cater for, many with different dietary requirements, but all with a rigorous need for cleanliness, it can be a logistic nightmare to simultaneously provide the required amount of food and maintain a clean and healthy kitchen.” The value of a Rational appliance is that it will cook perfect food automatically and even clean itself on schedule.

Rational Solution

“Care homes have been under close scrutiny by the press and the authorities in recent times,” continues Helen. “The key priority is that the residents are fed healthily and regularly and that hygiene standards are kept to the highest levels.”

By installing a Rational oven, this can be done easily and efficiently, and a planned maintenance programme, such as those offered by AC Services, can ensure that the oven is kept at its optimum performance levels.

Make sure that your kitchen in your care home is prepared for any eventuality by contacting AC Services (Southern) to see how we can help you save costs on the service and maintenance of your Rational oven perhaps with one of our care plans.

Attractions in the UK

Theme Park RollercoasterLet’s face it, we all love visiting places in the UK. Whether it’s a stately home, a theme park or a museum, there is always somewhere to go, with over 1500 venues listed as attractions throughout the country.

And according to that well-known publication, the annual TEA/AECOM Theme Index and Museum Index , business is booming! Attractions reported a 5% annual increase in total visits in 2013, the joint largest year-on-year increase since 2002.

The top theme park attractions, Alton Towers being the most popular, up 4.2% in 2013 from the previous year, and Chessington World of Adventures, up 15.4%, dominate the market with Legoland Windsor (up 2.5%) and Thorpe Park (up 11.1%).

Bear in mind however, that the previous year was 2012 and we all know what event dominated the UK in that year, causing a drop in the numbers of visitors to other places!

Jodie Lock, Senior Analyst Economics (Europe), said: “Key drivers behind this are the transformation of standalone theme parks into destination resorts, continued capital investment in new attractions and the exploitation of synergies between attractions.”

There are literally thousands of attractions in the UK apart from the big names: it’s heart warming to see that nearly 2,000 people visited the Whipple Museum of the History of Science. Whatever the venue, there is one thing in common . . . catering! If you go for a day out, then you want to eat and there is a proliferation of fast food outlets and restaurants at most attractions vying to take your money.

Catering Corps

Catering is big business but catering for attractions and theme parks lends itself to many problems. Nowadays, fast food outlets are regulated by a proliferation of legislation and if standards are unacceptable they can be closed down. Health inspectors are prone to spot checks and come down heavily on hazards, such as raw meats not being cooked to the correct temperatures.

The turnover of food on a busy summer’s day at the top attractions is staggering: and if the oven appliance isn’t up to the job, or underperforms or malfunctions, then these catering establishments are in big trouble. Also, a lot of attractions employ temporary staff throughout the busy season, and not every employee in a kitchen environment is fully aware of things that could go wrong.

By ensuring that your kitchen and in particular, the kitchen ovens are up to the job, then it is essential that maintenance and repairs where necessary must be carried out immediately to prevent any potential hazard to the public.

“We are now in the time period where a lot of attractions close for the winter and this is a perfect opportunity for catering establishments to literally get their kitchens in order,” comments Helen Hagger from AC Services (Southern), a company that regularly maintains fast food restaurants’ Rational ovens.

“Our recommendation is that all oven appliances should be serviced during this down time, and thoroughly checked by a company such as ours to ensure no nasty surprises when the season starts up again.”

If you want your Rational oven checked, call AC Services (Southern) on 01454 322 222.

Oven Serviced? Don’t Procrastinate!

Contact AC Services Southern LtdIt’s that time of year when we suddenly realise how quickly time goes.

Summer holidays are a distant memory, kids are back at school and yes, Christmas chocolate novelties are filling the shelves where sun-cream used to be.

So here at AC Services (Southern), we are issuing you with a gentle reminder that one of the busiest seasons of the calendar is looming. Fast. Get your kitchen in order now. And that means getting your Rational oven serviced by calling our friendly team.

The Rationale of AC Services (Southern)

First of all, we know what we are talking about when it comes to ovens. Established since 1990 and specialising in Rational combi ovens since 1999, we are authorised, trained and audited by Rational.

We have a wide-ranging customer base from prestigious restaurants to high street fast food outlets; and each establishment we service gets the same standard and quality of customer service and each establishment has one thing in common, and that is a Rational oven, a leading brand that is recognised for its reliability.

We know ovens, and we also know what can, and sometimes does go wrong with them. That is why we only employ Rational-trained ‘Gas Safe’ engineers to service the counties of Avon, Berkshire, Bristol, Cardiff, Carmarthen, Devon, Dorset, Dyfed, Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, Gwent, Hampshire, Herefordshire, Monmouthshire, Newport, Oxfordshire, Pembrokeshire, Somerset, Surrey, Swansea, Wiltshire and Worcestershire.

When things go wrong

You may not think there is anything wrong with your appliance, it’s been fine and dandy and perfectly operational; and after all, our 24/7 hotline and our policy of responding to an emergency within 24 hours of your call will ensure that if anything goes wrong, we will fix it.

But what happens if, when something does go wrong, we can’t get to you because the roads are blocked or the weather makes it hazardous? Or someone else’s oven has to be fixed and the service engineer is tied up with that? Just don’t take chances. The solution is simple, book a service now and pre-empt any curveballs.

So we recommend that you have your oven checked thoroughly at least once a year, or if you have high usage, twice a year. Why? Because it not only protects your warranty but it saves you money: regular servicing reduces repair costs and avoids complete breakdown when you least want it, causing loss of revenue.

The 4 Rational Oven Service Options

The four main options for servicing your rational oven are:
• Attendance under warranty, an automatic one year manufacturer’s warranty from date of installation which can be extended for a further 12 months. More details
• Booking a full service where we fully check over the oven
• Ad hoc service visit, basically waiting to see, and then calling us when necessary.
• Maintenance contracts, giving peace of mind that your oven is being looked after even when it appears to be working optimally.

Simply call us today on 01454 322 222 and book a full service before the rush.

Countdown to Commonwealth Games

commonwealth-games-2014-logo-vectorThe Commonwealth Games kick off on 23rd July in Glasgow with 71 nations from six different continents competing for glory as 2014’s summer of sport continues.

The iconic Celtic Park will host the opening ceremony and as I write, one of the biggest names in sport has confirmed his attendance. Yes, the power that is Usain Bolt is ready for the Commonwealth Games, despite having suffered from a recent foot injury.

Although for those who love to see a successful team in action in the relay, the bad news is that teammate Yohan Blake will not be attending.

Relying on Teamwork

Talking of teams in action (did you spot the subtle link there?), have you had your Rational oven service yet? If you are involved in the catering industry and have a Rational oven, then take heed.

The oven, as any good chef or business owner will tell you, is potentially one of the biggest investments you can make in a kitchen, and like any other commodity, it needs to be serviced and maintained.

The majority of us drive cars: and the majority of us have suffered the trauma and sheer panic when it suddenly doesn’t start or breaks down. You don’t know whether the problem is big or small, cheap or remortgagingly expensive, so regular servicing is drummed into any car owner as an essential! It’s the same with your catering oven.

Rest assured, your first two years are covered by a warranty if you have registered your oven with Rational UK and Rational’s ServiceDiagnostic System is built-in to all the latest SelfCookingCenter® Whitefficiency® 5Senses® appliances which constantly monitors all components and will be the first indication of anything amiss.

Oven Essentials

Here at A C Services (Southern) Ltd, we recommend a regular oven service to identify and eliminate any potential problems that may surface. We problem solve. We check. And we fix. We have over 40 years of Rational servicing experience in our team, so we are quietly confident that we know what we are talking about.

Our engineers will carry out thorough inspection and servicing, in the South, South West England and South Wales and once the complimentary warranty on your Rational oven expires, dependent on usage, we generally recommend that you have your oven thoroughly checked at least annually.

Here are the benefits:
• Increased machine reliability because of planned servicing
• Regular servicing reduces repair costs
• Limits potential for lost revenue due to unnecessary downtime
• Use of genuine and original Rational spare parts
• First time fix policy.

It really is very simple: telephone 01454 322222 or email us on service@acservicessouthern.co.uk and let us help you so that untoward crises are eliminated.

Rational Oven Servicing

It’s funny how our line of business, Rational oven servicing, takes us to the strangest places. We get to see some amazing kitchens from exotic Michelin starred restaurants to fast-food joints and every now and then, a glimpse of what goes on behind the bars of Her Majesty’s Prisons. But next week we find ourselves at a gathering of probably the most frequently criticised caterers in the country the folk who run our hospital kitchens.

The Hospital Caterers’ Association is holding its annual conference just down the M4 from us at the Celtic Manor Resort at Newport, Gwent this month and its theme is all about working together more creatively, cost effectively and more efficiently to meet the huge pressure to achieve efficiency savings and meet ever tighter budgetary restraints. And that’s without damaging the massive improvements they’ve made in the quality of hospital food over the past few years.

Save costs

And that’s where we come in. As oven servicing specialists, and in particular Rational oven servicing specialists, we know a thing or two about forward planning to save costs. Whether you are catering for a cafe or a hospital, costs will start to spiral out of control if your cooking equipment breaks down.

The best starting point is, of course, to have the best cooking equipment in the first place – and it doesn’t get any better than Rational’s amazing self cooking centres. Designed specifically for consistent production of food to the highest standards, these amazing ovens will roast, fry, grill, steam and bake shelf after shelf of perfectly cooked food, day in, day out. Exactly what the hospital doctor (and a few famous TV chefs) ordered.

Diagnosis

Although, once programmed, a Rational oven will cook automatically and even clean itself on schedule, its makers strongly recommend an ongoing maintenance plan – a regular check-up by a qualified engineer who can diagnose the oven and replace key components before they fail. As the authorised Rational oven servicing agents for the South, South West and South Wales, we look after Rational ovens right across the region, including hospitals in Poole, Bristol and Carmarthen.

Our message to those gathering at the HCA Conference reflects the mantra preached by our wonderful National Health Service – prevention is better than cure.

Cashing in on Sports Events

Cashing in on Sports Events

Cheltenham Meeting taken by AC Services Southern OwnerYou don’t have to own a pub in Cardiff or Cheltenham to know there are some special sports events going on during the week starting March 11th. You’ll be in no doubts if your bar is full of would-be prop forwards and amateur referees chasing down pints of Guinness with meat pies, or if your restaurant is glittering with the chattering classes as they sip champagne and watch their favourite on a big screen thundering up the hill to the finish.

That week is, of course the sports event double to end all doubles – a magical combination of the final round of the Cheltenham Festival and the Six Nations Rugby Championship. And it’s not just a feast for sports lovers, it’s also a fantastic opportunity for pubs to cash in on the instant atmosphere generated by these great sports events and add some real value on those quieter midweek afternoons; and of course, to create some potential long-term business.

Check your Kitchens

All you need is a big screen TV (don’t forget it needs a separate licence) and a little imagination. Look at the timing of the sports events and how you can theme them; create dining opportunities, whether it’s a champagne tea or a pint and a ploughman’s. Of course you must make sure your bar is well stocked and your cellar has plenty of ale and fizz. Check your kitchens are all in order – the last thing you need is an oven breaking down just at a crucial moment. If you don’t have an A C Services maintenance contract for your Rational oven, it’s a good idea to get all your major equipment checked over before you hit the chef with an order for 100 meat pies!

The week starts with Champion Day at Cheltenham on Tuesday March 12th. Racing each day starts at 1.30pm through to final race at 5.15pm. Wednesday is Ladies Day which is all about dressing to impress – and girls just love a chance to put on the glad rags. So create an event especially for them. Thursday is St Patrick’s Day, another great opportunity for a themed afternoon and evening and time to stock up on the Guinness that’s also going to serve you well for the next sports event, the rugby on Saturday.

Party time

The Cheltenham Gold Cup, probably one of the greatest sports events of the year, runs at 3.20 p.m. on Friday 15th March; a great opportunity for a themed luncheon culminating in the great race itself. And why not make the most of it by hosting a post-race party in the evening.

Then it’s over to the boys. Saturday is the Six Nations fifth and final round with the awesome spectacle of England playing Wales at the Millennium Stadium at 5pm. That’s preceded by Italy taking on the Irish in Rome at 2.30pm and, the last match of the championship, when last year’s winners, France, invite the Scots to an evening in Paris, at 8pm.

The Cheltenham Festival and Six Nations final round promises to be a week of memorable sports events and a week of great opportunity for landlords and managers who are prepared to harness the excitement and add a little pizzazz of their own.

Maintaining and Servicing Ovens Doesn’t get Tougher than this!

Maintaining and servicing ovens may not sound like a very high profile profession. But in fact the lower our profile, the more we like it. The less often our clients have to call us in to deal with emergency repairs, the more they like it. But although we ourselves like to remain under the radar so to speak, some of our clients are indeed very high profile, and none more so than Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

Le Manoir, as it is affectionately known to its regulars, is one of the top restaurants in the country, and indeed the world. There are no chefs more famous than proprietor and celebrity chef Raymond Blanc OBE. His 2 Michelin Star restaurant brings to table the best in quality cuisine, cooked fresh for customers day and night, 52 weeks of the year, and we are enormously proud to say that Facilities Manager Barry Walton, puts his trust in AC Services (Southern) to keep their ovens fully operational.

“The food that we serve here at Le Manoir is prepared from the finest, freshest, ingredients and cooked to the highest of standards” exclaimed Mr Walton, “And we expect no less from our service partners – the very highest in standards of performance – whether it’s maintaining and servicing our ovens, or keeping our kitchen spotlessly clean”.

AC Services (Southern) offer a range of annual maintenance packages to suit all needs and all pocket sizes too. “For Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, we provide them with one of our top range, bespoke, platinum policies”, said Helen Hagger, director of ACS. “It’s tailored especially for them” she went on to say, “So that we are on site at 6am to carry out preventative maintenance on their ovens. That way we can ensure that we are maintaining and servicing ovens and not getting under people’s feet”.

Mr. Walton confirmed that he’s been using ACS for maintaining and servicing ovens for over 2 years. “Monsieur Blanc runs a very tight ship, and he expects perfection. But we also live in the real world. We don’t expect miracles – well not all of the time! Take today for example. We had an oven go down and it was impossible for ACS to get an engineer in today. But they promised to be here first thing in the morning, and I know I can rely on that promise!”

“We know how important it is for our clients to be able to put their trust in us”, stated Mrs Hagger, “Especially when that client has a superb reputation to live up to. But we endeavour to bring the highest levels of maintaining and servicing ovens to all of our clients, large or small, new launch or well established. After all, we’ve got a reputation to live up to too”.

Mr. Walton confirmed he was delighted with the service he receives from ACS. “They’re easy to reach, and easy to talk to. All of the staff are efficient and friendly, and I know I can rely on them to perform. They’re always as good as their word”, he proclaimed.
“The secret though”, maintains Mrs Hagger, “is to get one of our annual service contracts in place. It keeps the ovens working at their optimum best, and it minimizes down time. It makes maintaining and servicing ovens cheaper in the long run too”!

Regular Service-Maintenance v Remedial Work – It’s a No Brainer

Gold Maintenance Plan

Regular service-maintenace v remedial work – it’s one of the oldest debates around. No matter how well designed and produced a product may be, (especially a product with working parts), there is always the risk of malfunction or failure. Rational Ovens are an excellent point in case. Rational make one of the world’s premier self cooking centres – the “whitefficiency”. But even though the build standard is as high as it is; it is not beyond the scope of reason to expect it to fail or malfunction at some point in its working life.

Don’t Bury Your Head in the Sand

Rational have such confidence in their “whitefficiency” SelfCookingCentre that they offer a 2 year warranty when purchased from new. But when that warranty period is over, any repairs or servicing will be fully chargeable. But there are two schools of thought when it comes down to the regular service-maintenance v remedial work debate. One school prefers to go down the “wait and see” route. But in many ways, this is simply burying your head in the sand. The fact of the matter is that your Rational oven will fail at some stage, and you can bet your bottom dollar that it won’t be at the most convenient time in the world!

A Rude Awakening

The truth of the matter is that the “wait and see” attitude will usually prove to be a false economy. On the face of it, all the time that your “whitefficiency” carries on working, you may seem to be making a saving by not paying out a regular service/maintenance charge. But as soon as it goes wrong, three things are likely to happen:

• Your ability to cook food will be impaired or cease altogether; very embarrassing and potentially costly in terms of losing customers.

• The spare part that you need may not be immediately available.

• A trained Rational Ovens repair engineer may not be immediately available

• You could be facing a large, unexpected bill.

If any or all of these problems materialise, you’ll suddenly find the regular service-maintenance v remedial work argument staring you straight in the face, and you may well be in for something of a rude awakening.

Plan Ahead

The worst thing you can do as a business person it not to plan ahead. By doing so (or not doing do), you are running the risk of endangering your business. It takes time to build a loyal clientele; but it takes no time at all to lose them. Good reputations are hard come by, so why take the risk of losing yours? You’ll need to decide which option to take – regular service-maintenance v remedial work.

Softly, Softly, Catchy Monkey

Taking out a regular service or maintenance contract is by far the best way forward once your two year warranty has expired. First of all you will benefit from the fact that you are far less likely to experience any actual down time with your Rational oven; but there’s more to it than that. You are also far less likely to have to buy costly replacement parts if your existing oven is regularly serviced

Choosing the Best Rational Ovens Service Partner

AC Services (Southern) are one of the country’s top, approved Rational Ovens service partners. We cover the South of England, the Southwest, and South Wales and we have been installing, servicing, and repairing Rational ovens since 1999. We have been voted top service partner and runner up on numerous occasions, and our clients themselves are our biggest supporters as you will be able to see from the news page on our website.

Whichever option you decide to take – regular service-maintenance v remedial work – AC Services (Southern) can help – but…….

It’s a No Brainer

You should consider that we offer a range of carefully constructed annual service and maintenance programs to suit all pockets. “Planned service and maintenance is not only cheaper, and far more cost effective than unscheduled repairs, it also helps to underpin the stability of any business that relies on its ovens to survive” says Helen Hagger, Director of AC Services (Southern). And as for the regular service-maintenance v remedial work debate  – the right choice really is a no brainer!

Maintaining your Rational Oven – Top Tips from AC Services (Southern)

Maintaining your Rational oven to keep it in tip-top condition, is no different to maintaining anything that you want to remain as near to “as-new” as when it was first bought. It’s all about giving whatever the object might be, a little TLC – tender, loving, care. But when it comes down to something that you rely on, like a working oven in a commercial kitchen, maintaining it in good working order, and looking aesthetically clean too, can make all the difference to the success of your business.

AC Services (Southern) have been in the business of servicing Rational ovens for a little over 22 years. There’s no better company to choose for help with maintaining your Rational oven. They know that the secret of keeping any oven at its peak, is cleanliness and regular servicing. It’s rather like having a new car. Getting it serviced on time cuts down on repair bills, and cleaning it regularly keeps it nice, clean, and shiny; – it just makes you feel so good.

Top Tip 1 – Getting the Basics Right

You can make maintaining your Rational oven easier right from the start – the point at which you buy your oven. How? – By choosing the right brand. One of the best brands in the world today is Rational. The build quality is superb, and the features built into one of their “whitefficency”self cooking centres, have to be sampled to be believed.

Top Tip 2 – Quality Counts

There’s an old adage that says “You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”. The better quality oven you have, (especially if it’s a “whitefficiency”), the less trouble it will give you in its working life.

Top Tip 3 – Down with Down-Time

Rational Ovens “whitefficiency” range is more reliable than just about any other brand on the planet. Down-time is lost time. It’s unproductive, and it’s a sure fire way of losing hard won customers. Why suffer from it if you don’t have to?

Top Tip 4 – CareControl -The Coolest Automatic Cleaning System

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if your oven cleaned itself overnight? Well, now it can! Rational’s “whitefficiency” self cooking centres have CareControl automatic cleaning software built into them; an automatic program that sets itself, based on what programs your oven has been working during the shift. All you have to do is to make sure the cleaning consumables are topped up before you leave for the night.

Top Tip 5 – Use Less Abrasive Materials – Be Environmentally Friendly

Maintaining your Rational Oven in tip top aesthetic condition doesn’t mean you have to use abrasives. The “CareControl” automatic cleaning system works best with the specially formulated cleansers that AC Services (Southern) sell. They are less chemically intense than other cleaners; less abrasive; and they are more environmentally friendly too.

Top Tip 6 – Spend Less on Cleaning

CareControl allows you to save money in more ways than one when maintaining your Rational Oven. Firstly you don’t have to pay a member of staff to stay on and clean the oven. Secondly you don’t need to buy water softeners. CareControl de-scales as it cleans.

Top Tip 7 – CareControl Automatic Cleaning is More Efficient

Because CareControl is an automatic way of maintaining your Rational Oven, it only uses the chemicals it needs to get the job done. There’s no wastage!

Top Tip 8 – Cleanliness is Next to Godliness

CareControl is not only a more efficient way of cleaning your oven, it’s more effective too. Your oven will not only be cleaner, it will be healthier! Better high clean! Better hygiene!

Top Tip 9 – Lower Your Running Costs

Rational oven owners with “whitefficiency” self cooking ovens enjoy a reduction in their cleaning costs of up to 40%!

Top Tip 10 – Get a Maintenance Contract in Place

Last but by no means least. There is no substitute for regular maintenance. It keeps your Rational oven running at its very best and forestalls downtime and costly repairs. Never shy away from maintaining your Rational oven. ACS (AC Services) actually offer a range of annual maintenance contracts, so that you can tailor the cost to meet your needs. One thing is for sure; whatever you spend on an annual maintenance contract with ACS, you will easily recoup the outlay through reduced down-time, and lower repair costs.

Do yourself a favour, find out more right now about how an ACS annual maintenance contract is the best option for maintaining your Rational oven; how it can save you money and increase profits. Talk to one of the sales team on 01454 322222 or visit the AC Services (Southern) website at acservicessouthern.co.uk for more information.
